Squash Apps is our parent company, a custom software and AI firm with 500+ projects delivered and offices in Coimbatore, Dubai and the US. Emayyam runs the localization, publishing, e-learning and technology services; for software and accessibility engineering we draw on Squash Apps teams. We are also the authorized reseller for their products, Garuda and Kuyil AI.

Yes. Much of our work crosses borders by nature: translation, accessibility for US and EU rules, content for global audiences. We run 24/7, so there is always overlap with your business hours whether you are in the US, Europe, the Gulf or Asia-Pacific. Calls are scheduled at times that suit you.

You email or call, and we set up a free consultation. On that call we ask what you need, in which languages or formats, and by when. If files exist, you send samples, under NDA if you prefer. Then we send a written quote with scope and timeline. Work starts when you approve it. Nothing is billed before that.

Depends on the service. Localization is typically per word or per page. Publishing and document work, per page or per document. E-learning, per course or module. Technology projects are quoted fixed-price or time-and-materials after scoping. We always quote in writing before starting, and the quote itemises what you are paying for.

Operations run 24/7. That matters for two reasons: urgent jobs keep moving overnight, and clients in any time zone get responses during their own working day. For scheduled calls, tell us your time zone and we work around it. For new enquiries, expect a reply within one business day.

Over 70, including major Indian, European, Asian and Middle Eastern languages. Coverage varies by service; translation pairs, voice work and typesetting each have their own list. Tell us your exact source and target languages and we will confirm before quoting. If we cannot do a pair properly, we say so.

Yes. A single document translated, twenty PDFs made accessible, one course converted: all normal jobs for us. There is no minimum billing. Small jobs are usually quoted by email within a day or two, without a formal proposal. Many of our long-term clients started with something small.

Yes, on request, before you share anything. We can sign your standard NDA or provide a mutual one. This is routine for us; much of our work involves unpublished content, patient-facing products or pre-release software, so confidentiality requests are expected, not a hurdle.

Two, both built by Squash Apps. Garuda is clinic and hospital management software, live since 2018: EMR, scheduling, pharmacy, lab and billing. Kuyil AI is a voice-first assistant for kiosks and websites that answers in 50+ languages. Emayyam is the authorized reseller, handling demos, licensing, implementation, training and local support.

Yes. Files move by email or shared drives, calls happen on whatever platform you use, and reviews are done on shared documents. Most clients never visit Coimbatore. The exceptions are on-site needs like kiosk installation for Kuyil AI or in-person training for Garuda, which we arrange when needed.

We invoice against the written quote: usually an advance on larger projects, with the balance on delivery or at agreed milestones. Small jobs are often invoiced once, on completion. Indian and international clients are both fine; payment method and currency are confirmed on the quote, so ask about terms before work starts.
