Product questions, answered

What is Garuda?

Clinic and hospital management software built by Squash Apps, live since 2018. It covers electronic medical records, appointment scheduling across locations with SMS and WhatsApp reminders, pharmacy and inventory, lab, GST-compliant billing, insurance tracking and a patient portal. AI-assisted workflows cut repetitive front-desk and documentation work. Details at garuda.clinic; Emayyam handles demos and implementation.

Who is Garuda for?

Single clinics, multi-location practices and small to mid-size hospitals. A single clinic can go live in one to two weeks. Multi-facility groups use the same product with central scheduling and reporting across branches. If you run on paper or spreadsheets today, that is a normal starting point, not a problem.

How is Garuda priced?

Per active user, per month. You pay for staff accounts actually in use, not seats bought upfront, so a small clinic pays a small bill. Implementation, data migration and training are quoted separately based on your setup. Ask us for current rates; we will put them in a written quote after a short call.

How long does it take to go live with Garuda?

A single clinic: one to two weeks, covering setup, importing your patient and inventory data, and training staff. A multi-facility group: four to eight weeks, depending on locations, departments and how much historical data moves over. We give you a dated plan before you commit.

Can Garuda be white-labelled?

Yes. Your name, logo and branding on the application, the patient portal and patient-facing messages. White-labelling suits hospital groups and resellers who want the software under their own identity. Garuda also runs as multi-tenant SaaS or single-tenant, depending on how separate you need your deployment to be.

What does Garuda integrate with?

Payments through Stripe and Razorpay. SMS and WhatsApp messaging through Twilio and MSG91. HL7/FHIR export for exchanging clinical data with other health systems. Need something beyond these? Ask. Squash Apps builds custom integrations as paid work, and we will tell you upfront whether yours is feasible.

How does Garuda handle patient data security?

It is built HIPAA-aware: role-based access so staff only see what their job requires, audit logs of who viewed or changed records, and encryption in transit and at rest. If your policies require isolated hosting, choose single-tenant instead of the shared SaaS. Ask us for the security details relevant to your country's rules.

What is Kuyil AI?

A voice-first AI assistant built by Squash Apps for kiosks and websites. Visitors speak or type a question and it answers in their language, with over 50 detected automatically. On kiosks it senses when someone approaches and greets them; on websites it works by voice and text. Details at kuyil.ai.

Who is Kuyil AI for?

Anywhere people queue to ask the same questions: hospital and clinic receptions, government and campus help desks, showrooms, events. The website version handles support and product questions for visitors who would rather ask than dig through menus. If your staff repeat the same answers all day, that is the use case.

How is Kuyil AI priced?

Kiosk AI is $500 per month per kiosk unit. Website AI is $299 per month. Enterprise deployments with many units, on-premise hosting or custom integrations are priced individually. Kiosk hardware is quoted separately based on what you need. We confirm current pricing and any setup costs in a written quote.

How does Kuyil AI avoid giving wrong answers?

Every answer is grounded in documents you approve: your policies, price lists, FAQs, manuals. It does not pull answers from the open internet. If the answer is not in your content, it says so rather than guessing. You control the document set and update it whenever your information changes.

Can Kuyil AI run on our own servers?

Yes. Cloud, on-premise or hybrid, usually decided by your data policy. Either way you get tenant isolation, role-based access and configurable data retention, and the product is GDPR-ready. The cloud service carries a 99.9% uptime SLA. On-premise deployments are quoted as enterprise projects.

Can we see demos of Garuda or Kuyil AI?

Yes, both, free. We run a live walkthrough on a call, usually 30 to 45 minutes per product, using realistic sample data, and you can put your own questions to Kuyil during the session. Email contact@emayyaminfotech.com or call +91 95008 89800 with a couple of time slots and we will set it up.

What support do we get after go-live?

Emayyam provides local support: we handle your questions, training refreshers and issue reports, and escalate product bugs to the Squash Apps engineering team. Operations run 24/7, so urgent issues do not wait for office hours. Support terms and response times are set out in your licence agreement before you sign.

Why buy through Emayyam instead of going to Squash Apps directly?

Same products, more hands-on help. As the authorized reseller we handle the demo, licensing paperwork, implementation, staff training and ongoing local support, in your language and your time zone. Squash Apps focuses on building the products. For most clinics and kiosk buyers, a local point of contact is the practical difference.

Can Garuda and Kuyil AI work together?

Yes, and it is a natural pairing: a Kuyil kiosk at reception answering directions, timings and common patient questions, while Garuda runs registration, records and billing behind the desk. Each is licensed separately. If you want the kiosk to handle Garuda-linked tasks like appointment lookups, ask; that is scoped as integration work.

Evaluating Garuda or Kuyil AI?

We arrange demos, licensing and implementation — with training and support from our Coimbatore team.
